Vanderbilt University CRNA Program - April 2026 start

Hello everyone!

As I'm sure everyone knows, Vanderbilt is projected to open applications in August for the new DNP Nurse Anesthesia Program. I wanted to start this discussion thread for those thinking about applying, so we can discuss updates or any advice for first time CRNA school applicants such as myself. Best of luck to you all!

What Members Are Saying
Members are discussing the Vanderbilt CRNA program, including interview questions, the decision timeline, and waitlist procedures. The in-person program requirement in Nashville is confirmed, but issues with Facebook group links and the waitlist acceptance form persist, leaving some unable to access necessary information.

Hey! Thanks for starting this. Just started working on my applications and I'm already stressed out...

Of course! I'm definitely stressed as well ? Are you applying to any other schools in Tennessee?

No, I am actually in another state! I went to vandy for undergrad, so I wanted to apply this year. Hope we both have good news come later this year!

The new Vanderbilt program will be participating in our Scavenger Hunt at NTI this year-- they will have a booth! If anyone is going, it'll be a great time to chat with program faculty. Cheering you all on!
