VA Final Boarding

I had a Tentative Offer from VA Hospital. Done with fingerprinting and Physical Exam. Now for final boarding, they are asking for a resume again. What I'm going to write on my resume this time? And for the transcript is it coming from school? I sent them a copy before. Can anyone help me with the 4 dimensions and 9 criteria? VetPro Summary sheet (attached) Required-DONE

4 Dimensions and 9 criteria (attached) response HIGHLY recommended

    Do an online search for VA Nurse Proficiency Nurse 2 (or 3, if that's what you are striving for) Examples.  There should be plenty of sites with suggestions how to best write to the criteria, so you board as high as possible.
