UW DNP program

Hello to anyone out there applying to UW DNP or currently in the program. I am applying to fall2015. I am wondering about ability to work and attend the program. Also are there any of you with children/family?, working? and able to keep up the load? How many students does the program accept. What is your track? I am interested in FNP track and very anxious about making into the program. I know it's quiet competitive. Please respond if you have any insight and would like to share your experience. Thank you.

Hi everyone who applied to UW for 2016!

I wanted to update and see how things are. I applied for the DNP-adult gero acute care which I got a rejection letter for. I also applied for the adult gero primary care which I was placed on the waitlist for. Number 5! Did anyone who was placed on the waitlist get accepted yet? Do you know of any other forums about this? One of my colleagues was accepted into the primary care adult gero track. I was thinking we might hear an update by now as we had to send in our intend to stay. I wonder when we will hear for sure?

Would love to hear updates and I hope more of us are able to get in this year or next year.
