UW BSN Fall 2023

Hi all! Starting this forum as I haven't seen a thread for applicants to the University of Washington SON BSN program (fall 2023). Has anyone heard about proctored entry exams/timed essays for this year? The application portal doesn't list anything outside of general dates, e.g. "Decision letters emailed on week of April 24".

    Someone on the ABSN fall 2023 thread mentioned they cancelled the timed essays this year. April 24 seems so far away!

    I also heard no proctored essays anymore! The wait may kill me.

    Has anyone heard decisions back yet?? I've been checking my email all week 

    If we didn't get one already, does that mean we probably weren't accepted??

    I heard back last Friday!! Forgot to post here - not sure how they're sending out decisions, but maybe check the UWSON Applicant Portal? My decision showed up there, too.

    I am so grateful and excited to be attending UW in the fall - anyone else who got in please post!

    Congratulations! I'm also considering applying to the UW ABSN program for the fall of 2025. However, I have a GPA of only 3.18, and I don't have any past experience. I'm currently in the process of completing prerequisite classes. Could you kindly share your GPA and experience? I'm curious to know if I still have a chance of being accepted.
