UVA- good or bad to work?

Hello! I am a PICU nurse looking to apply to UVA medical center... I recently saw they were offering a signing bonus. My experience tells me there was a mass exodus of epic proportions... or potentially just a fair effect of the nursing shortage. Does anyone have any insight?
