UTMB nursing program for Spring 2023

Hello,
I just got accepted into UTMB nursing program for Spring 2023, and just wanted to know what to expect from this school, I mean pros and cons I will really appreciate anyone’s response. 

PS: I just started this Fall 2022 at the University of st. Thomas(Houston) nursing program, but I am required to take all these core courses(Hist, Philosophy, English, Ethics, Metaphysics, and Theology, Libral arts) I already took and it is really distracting me from focusing on my nursing courses but also I’m nervous about UTMB because I don’t know what this school expects from me. Please any advice? Anybody
