USF ABSN Fall 2020

I didn't see a forum for USF accelerated second degree for Fall 2020, and wanted to start one. The application closed on the 1st of this month and today marks day 14, and I still haven't gotten anything regarding admissions and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

Hi, I have also not received anything either. I have been relatively concerned about maybe I just didn't get an interview, but I thought they would let us know their decision either way. I haven't emailed anyone to ask though so..

So apparently when they say "students will receive an interview decision in the discussion board 1-2 weeks after the application closes," they don't actually mean that. I posted on SOARs application board, and what I got back was "interview decisions will be sent a week after the file completion deadline. please be patient." So then I asked and the file completion deadline is May 22nd. And I understand their frustration with students emailing or posting on the board to see, but you can't say once the application closes (because that would have been May 1st,) and that not be when they consider the application closed. And I didn't even know a "file completion deadline" was a thing. So they said it'll be about a week from this Friday that we'll hear whether or not you got an interview. But you'll hear something either way.

Ohhhh okay. I had seen the date of the file completion deadline but I was not totally sure about what that meant in regards to us hearing back. Glad you asked! I have been stressed LOL.

I had my interview today(don’t think it went well). How about you guys?

I just finished my interview too, hoping it went as well as I thought it did :) I’m assuming we are going to find out decisions on Friday

Hi guys, I too have an interview today I believe I did well but you just never know. Nervous for the decision. Good luck to everyone!

not yet, it’ll probably come out within the next few hours. I’m guessing at 5, if it comes out today
