USD MEPN Fall 2020

I was wondering if anyone actually put the other programs that they were applying to on the application. I didn't know if it was going to be detrimental or not so I left it blank.

Thanks for starting this thread! I also applied to USD and I heard they do not give out interview notifications til Jan 2020. I' m already so anxious to find out!

I input one other school on my application as I am only going to apply to two schools here in California and USD is my number one choice of school.

@HelenaPreNursing hey I was wondering if you ever got an email from usd confirming your application was received? I only got confirmation from nursingcas.

I did receive an email from USD stating that they had received the application from Nursing CAS. They included a timeline of what to expect, in terms interview invites, dates for interview, and date for notice of acceptance or not.

Does anyone mind sharing the dates of decisions ? I must have not gotten one.. as they were waiting on my transcripts.

Timeline of the application process.

Application Deadline: October 15, 2019
Application Review: October 15-November 30, 2019
Interview Notification: January 15, 2020
Application Interview: February 6 and 7, 2020 (both days)
Admission Notification: March 1, 2020

Waiting anxiously...how does everyone think that their app turned out? And also does anyone understand the quality points?

On NursingCAS, your GPA is calculated and so are your quality points right underneath but idk what they mean

I'm not seeing where the quality points are, or even where the GPA is calculated. What section is it in? Is it under "Academic History" and then "Transcript entry"?

I'm also waiting anxiously to see when the interview invites come out!

You have to go to "check status" in the top right of NursingCAS and then download your application PDF

Ah, found it! Thanks. Yeah, I'm not sure what those quality points mean?
