I will say mostly we are placed 1:1. My case is very simple and all I do is stand by for emergencies or dressing changes. If you really need something on your resume or extra money to pay off loans I think it's great. I for sure can't see myself doing this long term as I love my 3 12s and crave my skills but it's great as an in between !
