US RN moving to Aus

Hi all,  I am a US RN currently based in Seattle. I'm applying Ausralia lisense at AHPRA. They emailed me yesterday that they need a certificate of good standing   (COGS) directly send to AHPRA. Where can I apply for cogs and which email do I ask them to send to.

I googled that UK nurse can apply at NMC website, simple and easy, But I don't find a such website for US nurse.

Anyone can help?

Thanks

Roy

Hi Roy! I am also a US RN based here in California. I am interested to apply in Australia as an RN. I wonder what are the steps in doing all of this? Thanks for the help.

Hi @R Z. I'm contemplating whether to start my application now or maybe next year. I'm Canadian working in the US temporarily. On the self - check on Aphra, were you on Stream A as well?

Were you able to receive COGS from your Board of Nursing? Are you done with the process now?

Iam not sure about Canadian RN, but as a US RN, I was able to qualify Stream A. For COGS, I had to contact WA DOH, spent a payment check before they can process and sent to AHPRA directly. I am pending on in-person verification in Aus before granting RN lisense.

Did the application take you long? I would be on Stream A.
Is it within 90days for you to go to Australia for in person verification?
