UPenn's RN Residency Program

Hey everyone!

I'm graduating in October with my BSN and I was wondering if anyone had any info on UPenn's residency program. I was hoping to call someone from Nurse Recruitment but I can't find any phone numbers on their website anywhere! I was wondering about salary and how the program is structured as well as if there's consequences for withdrawing from the program. Any information would be helpful, maybe even a phone number (imagine that!). I was also wondering if you apply for the residency separately or if you apply for a position or automatically get put into it as a new nurse when you apply. And the website says the have the program at both Pennsylvania Hospital and UPH, but in the hob listings for Pennsylvania hospital it says a 12 week orientation. Any info? Where would you recommend starting? Thanks for the help!
