Update! How long?

Well I just had my first interview ...the manager lended me off to the nurse actually looking for a nurse student. I talked to her and she said she"ll see me soon. I feel good about my interview with her. The nurse manager didn't ask me much and asked when I was available and gave a tour of the unit. I told him i submitted an application three weeks ago. He then told me he would talk to the nurse and a recruiter should contact me. I thanked him and shook his hand.

However, I left feeling idk-confused. Is he expressing interest? How do I know if I'm just being "blown off " or the nurse recruiter will contact me in another three weeks? Anyone else go through this? I'd like some insight/advice.
