UofT conditional offer - I'm not sure if I meet the requirements?

Hey everyone! I'd really appreciate the help if you are knowledgeable about this topic or have had some experience with this. So, I recieved my conditional offer form UofT around 2 weeks ago. I emailed admissions and they told me that they take an average of my fall and winter term and that it has to be at least 76.5%. Now my grades have come out and I am not sure whether I meet the requirements of the conditional offer. I went to University of Waterloo so my grades are given in percentage. My average is 77.2%, but calculating my gpa with the UofT system my GPA is 3.2 which is 0.1 off from the cut off. I am just wondering if anyone knows whether I will make the cut or not? The admissions office said that they cannot confirm anything until my grades are received. Thank you for your help!

    Percentage is universal and gpa varies depending on the school. I think you should be fine seeing how they require you to maintain a 76.5% average and you're at 77.2.
