UNLV SON General

Hi,

I couldn't find any recent experience about the SON and have heard different things around campus (good and bad). Was wondering if anyone could let me know their experience so far in the program. Some things I have heard is that they have lowered the entrance points to below 90, some of the nurses that the nursing students are paired with during clinicals are really mean to the students and make it harder for them. I have also heard that they have changed their testing, and now there is an exit HESI that you have to pass in order to graduate, whereas before they did not have this and only had the HESI's throughout. Basically this thread is for rumor patrol lol and to put anything being said on campus to rest. Also, any insight on how intense the program really is and what to expect would be good too.
