    I know that this post is a bit old but I am in the process of applying for UH Maui's Spring 2014 program and wanted to see how you are liking the program so far. How do you like the teachers? Do you find the program to be difficult?

    Also, do you happen to know how many students get accepted into the program and how many applicants they receive?

    Aloha! I love it so far :-) there are some really hard/busy times, but I don't think it's tortuous if you are disciplined :-) normally they accept 40, but only accepted 30 this semester. I think they get a few hundred applicants. The professors are all very kind. They will demand your hard work, but aren't jerks at all. They actually make a point of saying that they aren't there to brow beat you but to make you into the best nurse you can be. Good luck!!
