UCLA vs CHLA

Hello everyone ?

New to the area and was looking for some insight, any is appreciated! Was offered a position at CHLA ER and UCLA Santa Monica ER. Wondering what you guys know about the work environment, growth, opportunity etc. at these hospitals.

I know location should be of priority, and of course peds vs adults. Previously worked at level one trauma Er so peds would be a switch. Feeling somewhat torn since I’ve always thought highly of UCLA. Just looking for some input.
