UCLA MSN 2016

Published

Hello! I just wanted to start a thread for the UCLA MSN 2016 applicants. I know not a day goes by where I am not thinking about the application I submitted and whether or not it is good enough to get me accepted. Anyways, it would be great to hear from the MSN applicants from all the specialties as we face the long wait before our fates are decided.

Hello!! Thank you for starting a thread. I have been looking for one for the fall 2016 for a little while now. I applied to the FNP program. Which program did you apply to? I am so nervous to find out the decision. The wait it going to be tough.

Yeah. I'm really nervous too. I applied to the ACNP program.

Hello fellow applicants! I applied for the FNP program. Crossing my fingers and praying that I get in. Very nervous too!

Hi all

i applied for PNP for fall 2016! Anxious to find out something.

Did anyone apply anywhere else or from anywhere other than California?

Hi Everyone! Thanks for starting this thread, I'm very nervous about waiting for their decision. It looks like last year people started finding out at the end of February. I specialized in nephrology for the past 3 years and applied for the AGNP program. Does anyone else have to retake assessment in the summer? Sending good vibes to everyone, good luck!

Hey everyone! I applied to the Adult Gero (primary) program. Did anyone else get an email (today) for acceptance to UCLA? I'm wondering if this is separate from the SON, so confusing! Check your ucla application for a decision!

Hey! Are you saying that you just received an acceptance email from UCLA today? Did your application decision also change to "accepted." If so, congrats! So early! I also applied for the Adult-Gero Primary NP program. Nothing on my status yet...

Yes! Well, I got an email from graduate admissions today this AM and I clicked on a link that took my to my portal I used for the application except it had only one button that said click to view admission status, and there it was! A congratulatory for being admitted...my question is does this mean to the SON too or just grad school in general to UCLA? Here is what mine looked like...

Oh wow! Yeah, that is confusing but thats good though! Sorry to ask so many questions, but, when did you send your application? I'm really surprised how early they are responding.

No worries, I sent mine November 30th haha took me a while to refine my personal statement, I looked at previous threads in 2015 and some users received the same email as me, I really hope this is a good thing. My parents are already too excited!
