UCD Residency Program Application

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on the UC Davis new grad RN residency program application. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on getting my cover letter/resume to stand out and get past the ATI screening system? I know to include keywords, but I never know how many to use or how else to make it stand out. Any other tips would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

    Hi everyone, I would like to know as well.  I do have a separate question.  I am graduating in May 2021 so will have my degree before the program starts in August. Should I go ahead and say I graduated on my application?  I am afraid if I don't put that I might be filtered out by the ATI screening system.  Any suggestions?
