UC Irvine

So I was so psyched to finally be replied to from UC Irvine Recruiter. I have been following their career site and applying for different positions like crazy. But after replying about my preference for date of the interview, the recruiter haven't replied yet and it has been 3 days now. I wonder if the position was already filled[emoji17]

Have you checked your application status? Go back to the careers site and then on the right hand side, there should be something that says returning applicants and then you can look at your application status. I interviewed on the 10th for the NICU but haven't heard anything..It also doesn't say the position has been filled yet either.

She replied to me after 2 weeks. I have my interview on the 4th.

That is great! What position are you applying for?

how long did it take for you to get the result or offer after the interview? thanks

Got a call with an offer the day of the interview. Decided to take this job over UCSD. I heard they're still holding interviews this week. Best of luck!!

When did you have the interview? What Unit?

HR or Unit manager called for the offer? Did they ask for the reference list?

Praying here

thanks

Hey fellow RNs who just got hired @ UCI,

I really, really, REALLY would love to work at UC Irvine. I'm an operating room RN with 2 years experience at another level 1 trauma center (Loma Linda University Medical Center). I would be amazingly, exceedingly grateful if someone could give me information for a recruiter, someone in HR, someone in the OR with hiring influence or connections (OR director, supervisor, SLS, a RN who works in the OR and would be willing to talk to me, anything!). I'm fairly desperate to move out of my current situation. I'm cross trained and proficient in every specialty (including traumas, obviously) but hearts (willing to learn). While I am on our "general" team and sub-specialize in large cases involving transplant, surg onc, & gyn onc, I love doing cases in all areas. I can do everything from free flaps to endo AAAs.

So if anyone can help me here...I will give you my soul, left arm, right arm, first born child, whatever you want!

Eternal thanks in advance.

had the interview on 1/28 for emergency/observation and I got a call from

the manager. I was an internal employee so the hiring process might be different from external. good luck!!

Did your application status change from routed to nurse manager but any chance? Did you happen to get an offer?
