Was just coming here to see if anyone had heard anything. I never called to follow up on my NursingCAS screw up, so... I think I'm kinda just waiting to offer all y'all my congrats. But there's a tiny glimmer of hope... Maybe...

Nursing nerd, we received an email awhile ago detailing to us that we would hear by May 1 and that they would tell us if we needed any additional information, did you receive that? (If so, I would assume your application is being reviewed for admission). Best of luck to everyone!!

I got that email... Then, weeks later, when I applied to Samford, I got an "undelivery" notice to all schools. Samford required me to input my transcripts (UAB did not) and I made an error inputting a class I had withdrawn from... I fixed it and they re-submitted, but it was almost a month past the UAB due date by that time (although I had submitted originally on time). So... I never emailed Ms. Bender because I'm terrified I'm just not even in their systems now and it would stress me way out. I guess it's all in God's hands now. What will be will be... [emoji121]🏻️[emoji120]🏻[emoji15] I'm gonna keep reminding myself of that. 'Cause if I dwell... I'm gonna be crazier than I was before!

NursingNerd1, I'm panicking with you. Some of my undergraduate grades were not great and I am very concerned that they may look down on that. I only applied to two schools and I was already turned down by the first one. UAB was my first choice, but now I have practically convinced myself that I won't get in. I also can't find anything that states how many people typically apply and how many are accepted specifically in the AGPCNP. I just can't stand this wait much longer, I am pretty stressed out. I just have no idea if what I am offering is enough.

SCRN we are all right there with you! At this point, since I submitted my application a month early, I have been waiting for almost 3 months to hear a verdict. In the last two weeks I have managed to convince myself that I am not getting in. All of my peds experience consists of flight nursing, don't know if it is enough. I just want to know one way or the other!!

I agree with all of you guys! Since we don't know what exactly they are looking for, it is easy to convince yourself that it's not you. But what's suppose to be will be is what I keep telling myself. Thanks for that update Ms L, that's very helpful! Maybe we will be able to sign in this week since the mailings usually (in past threads) come a week after people are able to sign in. I'm so hopeful! �� Best of luck to everybody! You guys make the wait a little more bearable.
