TXBON and NCLEX

I took my NCLEX on Wednesday. I had 75 questions but have no idea if I passed or failed? I checked the TXBON this morning and it's only showing my pre-exam license number for GN status. Does that mean I failed? Has anyone else had this experience. I also tried the PVT and got the good pop up.
