TWU NP program

I went to UTA. You can go part-time at UTA and balance other work and family priorities. I don't know about TWU. At UTA there were many who worked 2-3 12 hr shifts and managed school. I will say that in the last year they looked exhausted since school was 2 days a week, clinicals at least 3-4 days a week (your last semester is essetially full time clinicals 40 hrs per week) and then sometime in between you have to study. I would say you could start out working but definitely have a plan to scale back...studying for NP school is NOTHING like RN school. At UTa, the theory and research classes and even advanced pharm are online so that helps a lot. But they are still VERY time consuming so prepare for that.

I know several people that went to TWU and worked full-time. It's doable but if you can afford to work part-time that would make it less tiring.
