I've heard several different things about TWU's attrition rate. One poster told me that they can be as high as 50% for one course, but at the interview, the DVD stated that they have an overall attrition rate of less than 5%--mostly due to personal reasons. I think both numbers have the possibility of being correct. Anyone have the skinny on the stats?:thankya:
Hey CN, not at all to be rude, but I remember the video at TWU and J. Martin saying (in my interview) that it was just over 10%. If that should somehow occur then they let you take classes over the next year for a discounted tuition.
TCU is the one who said that the attrition is just under 5%.

You weren't rude at all! I didn't even know TCU's attrition rate, so I must have misheard the information at TWU in the DVD. Attrition rates did not come up in my personal interview. Honestly though, since TWU is such a large institution, 10% isn't bad. A lot of life events can happen over a 28 month period when you're including 150 people.
My BSN program had about a 15% repeat-course rate, largely because of personal issues. It was a great program though, and I would have gone there again in an instant!
