Two interview today!

Hey everyone,

To get one interview as a new grad wasn't easy. To get two in one day was a bomb luck for me as I know. Now interview done, just waiting for response. I interviewed for Dialysis, and an observation unit. For those who doesn't know what the observation unit is, it is a break from ER where patient are kept not more than 48 hours awaiting any diagnosis, test, or stabilization before proper determination of course of action. It is a very fast paced environment, very very fast paced. This is one one reason why I applied for this unit as I loved it fast. I think I did well with both interview, am only concerned about one question posed to me the interviewer for the observation unit. She asked, what do I think is the biggest challenge to healthcare? I replied with "patient care" because it's always difficult to satisfy patient completely 100%. She responded well to my answer and thought it great. After I left the interview, I realized I would have mention access to care and lack of adequate staffing. But either way I still contributed this infromation in my explanation. But it seems I didnt't say it directly. DO YOU GUYS THINK THE INTERVIEWER WAS LOOKING FOR A RIGHT OR WRONG ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION, OR DID I JUST BLOW UP THAT PART? Please help as I am still waiting to hear from this interview.
