Two different background checks?

Hi guys! I am new to the site. I have a question regarding criminal background check. I have a felony arrest but completed the PTI program so i was never charged and the case was dismissed. I was offered two job positions at two different skilled nursing facilities. They used different background check companies. One job i dont want that much but the other one i want badly. I received the result for the facility i dont want to work at and the background check came clear and i started working there the next day. The other facility background check is still pending and im so worried why one came back but the other didnt? Is it possible that i wont be eligible to work there or can i safely assume that if im clear to work one skilled nursing facility the result will be ok for the other one also?sorry for the lengthy post- im so anxious lol. Is it possible the other company is just slow? I would think if im clear at one facility then i would hopefully be clear at the other? The job apps also just care about charges and convictions which i dont have. Someone advise me and take my anxiety away. Lol. Thanks in advance!!!

I know a LOT of friends who went through PTI back in the day (miiiight have hung out with a kinda delinquent crowd in high school) and I and 90% positive that PTI cases are sealed, so you should be fine. No matter the company, also, they check the same places so yeah, you're good there.
