Transition

Hi

I am new to the website and have three questions

1. I have been a nurse for over 15 years and specialized in Labor & Delivery but would love to change specialties. I would love to transfer to the ICU or perhaps even hospice, can anyone give me any advice on how to do this. 

2. Currently, I am in  a leadership role and would love to transition back to staff. What are the recommendations for telling my organization without burning bridges. 

3.  Does anyone have a good resume service that would recommend?
