Transferring?

Hi,

I'm a student at Laguardia Community College in NYC. I have a 3.8 GPA and I am currently taking A&P II, and Chemistry, which I should have never taken together. I'm doing well in Chemistry but not so much in A&P. I'm probably going to receive a C by the end of the semester. I want to take it again in the second half of the semester. But I know it is going to mess my application for the nursing program. These are the last classes I need to get into the program. But I am thinking that I should transfer and be in a different school in the Spring semester. But I think it's too late to transfer. What schools should I apply if there is still a chance? Or what move should I make to benefit me more?

-Thanks for all the help.
