I’m currently a student at a trade school for my LVN and after wanted to pursue my RN and was wondering do my grades and GPA follow me to college? Will my GPA count towards my overall GPA for when I apply to programs and schools?

Kind of. Some colleges may ask for a transcript while others don't. Some may require you to have gotten certain grades. From what I know, the GPA shouldn't transfer from school to school. Even from two different colleges, my GPA never transferred. So if you got a 3.5 as an LVN, that 3.5 does not transfer to college. In my case for LPN it was out of 100. But as I said, the college may want the transcript to see what your GPA was.
