Transcript processing in California

So I have already taken my test a week ago no results, called the BRN and they said they didn't have my transcript. Well my school didn't send it out till a few days ago and my school is only 30-40 miles from the BRN so I know they have it by now. I called up there 3 times and two of the times the operators were very rude and not professional or helpful. I was told by a classmate that I could talk to a case manager so I asked and they told me at the BRN that there was no such thing. Is this true cause a few of my classmates said they talked to their case managers and I don't mean the operator that you ahve to sit on the phone for 30 minutes to talk to. Second the operator told me that it takes 2=3 weeks for them to process transcripts but people in my class had their transcripts mailed out and their test results posted in less than a week, but their telling me 2=3 weeks. So I asked one of the operators how that could be and she said oh thats impossible. So im really just drained I have been waiting over a week now and now they are telling me another 2=3 weeks I can't take it anymore. I have tried the Pearson Vue trick and it wouldn't let me get past the school selection page but my real question is, is any of you who have drove your transcripts to the BRN in California, how long did it take them to process it if you physically drove up there and handed it to someone. Please any information will be helpfull, thank you.

Hey I talked to you in my other post but I wanted to say that my BFF was the one who told me about the case manager. They definitely exist and she was able to get her person's direct number. Man those operators make me batty!

Yes me too and I was able to talk to one who was very nice and she told me they were true but didn't give me a name for mine, I'm going to call back up there tomorrow and get a name so when I take my transcript in I can make sure it goes right to that person.
