Toronto RPN needs help finding a job

Hi there!

I've been graduated for 3 years as an RPN. I've been working in LTC for 3 years at a facility in Toronto but sadly I am still casual. I've been applying online since before I graduated and it's gotten me no more than a handful of interviews. The feedback I've gotten on my resume and interviews are always positive. I've worked in a hospital, public health and the community but these were all temporary jobs. Can anyone give me some ideas of how to find an RPN job here in the city? I cannot afford to move nor can I afford to live on a casual position. I've tried going to hospital units but sometimes I get yelled at for bothering the nurses. I don't know what the problem is, just need some suggestions please!
