I have a question also. Did you have to meet with someone in person with the nursing board? I was reported for taking narcotics from work and someone from the board contacted me wanting to schedule an in person interview about the allegations. I do not deny what I did. I had an addiction problem and I'm now in recovery. Has anyone on here ever had to do that?

All of my corespondence with the board was done via email. You most likely got a interview with the investigator who works for the board. I did mines over the phone with my lawyer present. I recommend you do so as well.

How did the interview go with the board and lawyer? I was just fired from my job a couple weeks ago for suspicion of diverting and have since retained a lawyer but haven't heard from the BON yet

The interview went well but things did not go in my favor. I admitted some things but denied some other stuff. It's hard to gather how well you done as they stick with the complaint issues. Be ready to answer truthfully cause they can always tell when you're not being straight.
