Tips for the Teas Please!!

Hello!

Im scheduled to take my Teas exam on Friday and I'm very nervous despite everyone telling me not to worry.

Is there any extra tips or advice anyone can give me with help on the Teas?

Also, has anyone been to Toledo school of practical nursing or Athena?

Before you start the test, take a deep breath and relax. Eat before you get to the testing center but don't overdue it on the beverages...there were no breaks allowed where I took my test. Don't even bother studying the night before. Do something for you...bubble bath, yoga, hiking. As far as the test goes, the math is super easy; the science section is very random; keep an eye on your time. Good Luck!

Thank you so much! I'm reading the science portion of the ATI book now hoping it'll help. Making the night before about me is a perfect idea and I'm going to do just that. Thanks again for your tips.

I will be going to Athena this September.

Congrats!! Did you check out any other schools before you decided on Athena? How was their entrance exam?

Did you read the study guide book pretty well and take the practice tests? That's what I did and got an 84. What hurt me is the time. I felt as though I didn't have enough time to really think about some of the questions. But, I got accepted to nursing school with the 84, so it's alright! You'll be fine. Just relax and don't think about it too much. You can always retake, good luck!
