there are some previous threads pertaining with your inquiry...
find time to read them..
anyhow, practice more often until you'll be able to develop your own style of analyzing questions.. it will be difficult and needs more concentration but practice makes perfect!!
goodluck!

(take note each poster I made had my name with the letters R.N. at the end) **I wrote my real name on my posters**
I posted this in front of the toilet bowl, behind the front door, behind the bathroom door, infront of the threadmill, by my closet, by the kitchen, by the computer, all over the house and I also brought one with me where ever I go.
Believe me I have all the other RN books saunders, kaplan, davis, Incredibly made easy, you name it I have it but they are too wordy, too heavy, and time consuming. I find them just collecting dust in the book shelf.
I used EXAM CRAM NCLEX RN and took it with me all the time. At work on my break time, at my moms house, friends house, at the park, & at the beach. A very handy book, small and very easy to understand (I'm a foreigner). I didn't want heavy and wordy books. The Exam Cram worked great for me.
I took the computer adaptive test that the book came with, and wrote down in my 79cent MEAD journal notebook the information that I got wrong. Boy did I fill that notebook. In this way I was able to focus studying more of my weaknesses. For me it was all in all an awesome technique. The brainwashing posters all over the house, the mini study book (Exam Cram NCLEX RN), the CAT cd it came with, oh and LOT'S & LOT'S of PRAYERS. It's all good!
Somebody else gave me this technique. It wasn't mine, but somehow it worked for my friend and for me as well. Try it, you never know, it might work for you to.
Good luck!
