Hi all! I will be applying for the fall semester of 2015 for the RN program at Indian River State College. I will be completed with all of the prerequisite classes by December of this year. Does anyone know how the admission works? Does IRSC go by the point system? If so, I really would love to know what things I could do to guarantee my spot next fall! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks :)

Pre reqs ,NLN score, and computer competency test. All together total points needs to be above 150 to have a chance in the running.

I agree with above. They technically say you need to have A&P I done before you can apply for program but it seems to have helped people out by having Mirco done also. NLN score - really take your time & study try your very best on this, the better your score the higher chance you have of getting in! & yes computer competency test - which was so beyond easy. If you know how to follow simple directions on a computer you'll be perfectly fine :) & they take your total points from your NLN, A&P 1 class grades & Micro grade (if taken) & convert it to a # & add that up & they base it off of that total score. Good luck!
