timed out??

hi,

i gave my test yesterday and i ran out of time. I had about 225 or 226 questions. I am so worried right now. Do any one of you know if there is any chance of passing??? i am sure i failed it but just asking if anyone has ever passed even they ran out of time. i have been checking the result but hasn't come yet. i had lots of med questions, and lots of psych questions too..

Any idea????

I also have a question about this matter. What if person runs out of time at 130 questions? is there any chance to pass?

from what i understand, the computer looks at the last 60 questions answered and if you score above the passing grade then it determines that you passed. if you go to the nclex website it explains it all.

hi purna12

I took mine on aug 3rd and i ran out of time, but i passed. If u run out of time computer look at last 60 items to determine whether u pass or fail.

anee, how many questions did you have?

Hi! purna,

Did you pass after running out of time? I took the RN- Nclex yesterday and ran out of time on 235 Q . I don"t know if I passed or not . Please let me hear from you.

Hi LynseyEB,

unfortunately i didn't pass at that time..so i had to try again and did passed and working right now. What they do is that they would look your last 60 questions and decide based on those last 60 questions. I didn't know at that time. I thought we were supposed to finished all 265 if it didn't stop at 75. so i kept on clicking even without reading the questions well. That's why i screwed up. However, if you did the last 60 questions well then you would pass...b'coz one of my friend recently passed even though her time was out. so don't get too depressed right now. I know it is not easy like it is said..but .. You might pass..just pray. I will also pray for you.
