Time frame for NY.

Hi guys,:cry:

I am confuse and worried about my verification.I applied CVS for New York state in Jun 3 2007.It almost one and half years .But the problem is that they are unable to give me their decision.weather i am qualified to sit in exam or not.I inquired several time . They always told me it is still on process. I am so frustrated about this horrible situation. plez suggest me what can i do?I really appericated your view.

Is shouldn't take this long, CGFNS pass on your documents after 6 months it still shouldn't take 9 months to go through your file. I would contact them again and ask again why after applying in 07 and now nearly 09 is your file still under review. It may be they are having problems with your documentation. Also if NY is not your end destination (we haven't seen many people at all get petitioned in NY for a long time) then may want to consider another state

Yes i am looking for another often too. I am curious about this to bcoz i spend my money and time . If there is any problems they should contact me. with out giving any specific reason ny close my file.In another hand cgfns already send my all documents to ny.It is irresponsible isn,t it? Any way i express my frustration in this forum.
