time for which my CGFNS application will be valid

I am an international nurse who has failed the nclex on the 30th March .I had tested through the NMBON. My intention was to resit same within three months , however due to the stipulations of NMBON , I had to submit a Test Remediation plan which had to be reviewed by a panel of Nursing educators before i am given the go a head to test. This had done from June 6, 2017, however I had challenges uploading some of the information to the site innitially .However on July 7th , the uploads were finally completed and was subsequently told that my application was reviewed on July twelve with results to be mailed to me by August 23rd.Todate i have not received that result letter. I am however concerned as to the length of time for which my CGFNS application will be valid as it seem that i wont be able to resit September month end as anticipated. can someone shed some light...thanks.
