thoughts on Kindred?

Any thoughts on Kindred? Any advice on the orientation process would be great or on the facility would be great.

I know there is already a thread on Kindred, but it is on the older side. I have accepted a position at a northern NJ Kindred LTACH. I am nervous for the job as it does not have great reviews online(but none of them are for the particular facility i will be working for). just looking for positive advice to ease my nerves about the position.

    In general, Kindred facilities have a shady reputation wherever you go. The company is extremely profit-driven and known as somewhat of a cash cow. However, you will work your buns off and learn a massive number of new procedural skills.
