This might be a dumb question............

Ok I have a job interview on Tuesday for a Home-care agency, well they want to see my proof of insurance for my car which is fine and dandy BUT I share my car with my kids father who works and goes to school DAILY so I'm only get the car on the weekends. He'll have to take me to work and drop me off or I'll have to find somebody else to if he's at work or school depending on my work schedule. I figure if they want to see proof of insurance for your car than more than likely they want you to use your car for your job(taking the patient to run errands or to doctors visits or to the er..etc.), right? He seems to think that they just want to see my insurance just to see that I have transportation and if I tell them he'll be bringing me to work all would be well and I would get the job.

I just want to clarify what I already figure so I don't waste their time or mines, especially since the job is kinda far from me, it would be lovely if it was as simple as he put it especially since I've been looking for a cna job for a year now :crying2:.....

You're going to need a car all day for home care to either take people to appointments or just to drive from client to client, with a stop at the agency at the beginning and end of the day. I don't see how you can do it without your own car.
