You may find some helpful tips in the AN NCLEX forum (https://allnurses.com/nclex-discussion-forum/). Rest assured, you are not the only one in this situation, and tips from others/given to others may help you as well.

If English is not your first language, that alone can interfere with you SHOWING that you know the material well.
Back in the dark ages, I was a tutor for the last year of nursing school. I had many Thai, Vietnamese and Phillipina girls in my little get togethers, and it hit me they KNEW their stuff but the language barrier exaggerated their 'mistakes' on paper.
I spoke to a professor about this and she got very interested in bringing this issue forward. If I remember correctly, she wanted to treat ESL as a kind of 'disability' (that sounds worse than she meant it), which needed accommodation of some kind as we might provide accommodations for other 'disabilities'. I don't know what ever came of that, I graduated!
I don't have any answers, but I have direct experience of people who know their stuff and SHOULD have no problem passing the boards, but the written English made for a barrier of sorts.
