Please let me know if I'm on the right track or thinking too far ahead. I have a BA in Criminal Justice. I am a prior law enforcement officer. I am starting an ADN program next month and it's 4 sememesters long. After completion of the program I plan to work full time only for six month. Hopefully I will be an obstetrics nurse because I plan to start a Masters in Midwifery the fall after I become an RN which will only give me about 6 months of fulltime work. I can't help but wonder if this is feasible or if I'm thinking too far ahead. Does my plan seem to be too much? I have never been in the medical field but has always been intrigued by it, especially childbirth. I could really use so advice from the nursing "vets"!!
