They won't help me at Pearson

So here is my story. I took my LPN boards back in 2007 and passed. Now I have just graduated R.N program and when I try to register for my boards it tells me I all ready have a user name and account. The email account I used no longer exsists and I don't remember my username or PW. So I call Pearson and they told me that I need to know my old e-mail address, old phone number ect.ect.ect. I have no idea? It was 5 years ago and I had so many accounts I don't remember. What the heck? The man was no help and said sorry!!!! I can not be the only person this has happened too. I have my LPN License number, SS card and he said it was not enough info?
