Hello. I am a BSN student looking for some examples of your organization's theoretical/conceptual framework. I need to compare and contrast in a short essay. Any help would be appreciated.

At one hospital where I worked, there was an emphasis on Pat Benner's Novice to Expert theory, when considering nurses' caregiving skills. Inservices were focussed on it sometimes. Management had oodles of training on the theory.
