The second interview

I had my first interview today with the unit coordinator and on my way home received a call to schedule the second (and final) interview. This one will be several floor staff and the same unit coordinator.

I was wondering what you all think about the second interview. How is it different? How is getting interviewed by a group different? Ect.

Thanks!

Here my first interview was a lot of clinic scenario questions where the second interview with staff was more behavioral questions (how do you resolve conflict, etc).

My unit does similar interviews. At the second one, we are looking for personality, teamwork, and does it seem like you are going to fit in with the team. This interview can be somewhat scary because there are questions coming from different people, but my advice to you would be to be yourself! Let your personality shine through. Smile. Teamwork. Teamwork. Teamwork. And most of all, show them why they need you! Also, make sure you have a great "elevator speech" prepared. If you are not sure what that is, google it, as it should be in your interview repertoire. Good luck!!!
