Just registered on this site and right off the bat wanted to say thank you to all of you that participate in this forum. Whenever I had a question before, I would Google the topic and go for the allnurses choice right away. I'm just starting out as a nurse, about 5 months in at my job at a long term care/rehab facility and struggling feeling confident. I make mistakes and beat myself over them. When I have bad days I type in the main reason and click on the allnurses site. To know that I'm not alone and that other nurses are or have gone through what I have makes me feel so relieved. It's great to be able to support one another and share our feelings. Sometimes I doubt if I'm good at my job or if I'm ever going to be good at it. But being able to come to this site and read all the posts gets me through my bad days. So again, thanks!
