Texas Probation

I have 1 year left of probation. How can I find employers willing to work with me? There is so many its hard to try to go through them. Also it seems everyone wants to say no but what about all the nurses with stipulations already? I worked 1 year in a plasma center in Dallas. Was that the only job in that whole state? 

 

Does anyone know any shortcuts or employers?

    I'm surprised you got the plasma job, my CM rejected it when I was in monitoring ? Where in Texas are you?
