Test taking blues

Hello all.

I am a 47 year old male who has joined the school ranks to become an RN. I am amazed that I am able to keep up with some subjects so far. But I also know how other subjects are kicking me in the head. I wonder if there are some of you who have mastered the art of memorization of structures and their functions? Or for that matter memorizing cells in tissues. I am struggling in putting to memory so many things. I am stressing tests. How do others prepare for stressful tests? Do you see light at the end of the tunnel so to speak at any point in preparation? How are your study groups setup to help?

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
