Test Date is Approaching && These Books Are Telling Me Diff Things

My test is this NOV && my book is telling different things for example-Expressive Aphasive one book says use paper && pencil && then another book say let them speak as much as possible

then immunizations- One book says you can give immunizations when a cold is present && then another book states NO do NOT give immunizations while a cold && is present!! pls some1 HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!! IM SOOOOO CONFUSED!!!! :confused::uhoh3: im going crazy over here !!

    Stick to,2-3 books only.and if you have doubts google it.

    I've had the same problem. My suggestion is if you have a Pearson Exam Cram, use that information since the test is administered by Pearson Vue. I have nothing to base that on, just the most logical thing I came up with.
