Temporal-lobe epilepsy and working.

I have just been diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy.Wondering if others out there have managed to work with this condition.Am not working at the moment as I also have hypertension,rotational vertigo,sleep apnoea and depression.My 15 year old is diagnosed with early childhood schizophrenia.I just miss nursing so much and hope to return to it on a casual or part-time basis.Are there others out there who have managed to overcome what seem to be insurmountable problems and return to work?
