Oh, dear. I did my doctoral dissertation on that topic. There is not a lot written on that topic directly -- though there is a lot written on nurses and technology.
I just did a CINAHL search using the words "Nursing" and "technology" and found over 5,000 articles. I am sure if you spend a little time sifting through those, narrowing the search a bit, etc. you can find what you need.
Your school's library should have access to the CINAHL database.

you can also search for the thread titled "new hospital computer systems pull nurses away from patient" started 12/28/05 with replies through 7/08. This will give you nurses experiences. Technology is pitched to nurses as something that will allow them to spend more time with the patients. Be aware that there are many scary downsides. From being able to track your every move and actual physical location, to monitoring patients as you care for them. It is also pitched as a saftey mechanism but in reality will dummy down nursing and MD practice by restricting what you are allowed to do.
My new nurses have no concept of how much time computerized charting is pulling them away from the patient. There is also so much double charting required that if your charting is audited, you surely will be found to have "failed to chart".
good luck
thank you ms. llg by this time i am doing my research at cinahl. :)
